The Transformation Foundation is the outreach and community development arm of Holistic Transformation Ministries. It was created to extend the ministry’s mission into practical areas of life where individuals, families, students, and communities need support.
Our work is centered on the belief that transformation is holistic. People need spiritual encouragement, but they also need education, opportunity, care, and practical resources that help them build stronger futures.
